Letter From the Administrator
At Crown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center we have an exceptionally compassionate, professional and skilled staff who serves our residents physically, emotionally, and sometimes spiritually.

I have had a long working career in the long-term care industry and am proud to bring my experience to Crown as the Administrator.  As a Registered Nurse I worked for the New York State Department of Health as the Director of Patient Care Investigational Unit for 20 years.  I have earned a Masters of Public Administration and have held positions as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 1996.

My goal for Crown Nursing is to continue to raise the skill level at our facility to accommodate those residents who need clinically complex subacute care and to continue to bring new equipment with advanced technology to serve the residents at Crown.

We are proud of the changes to our rehabilitation gymnasium which extended the area to encompass the entire 6th floor of our facility.

Additionally, we have recently completed the activities of daily living studio apartment simulation area which enables our residents to regain necessary skills to enhance their independence.

Keep watch for the upcoming aesthetic changes to other areas of the facility which will enhance the comfort of our residents and their families.

We are here to answer your questions and help you make the difficult decision of where to get care for yourself or your loved one.

We welcome you to take a tour at Crown Nursing and Rehab Center, where we care for our Community.

Sincerely,

Vilma Osborne, Administrator
