Since 1970 Crown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been providing care to the members of our Community. As you tour our facility, the dedication of our interdisciplinary team is evident. Whether a resident comes to Crown for a short term rehabilitation or a long term stay, each resident and their family becomes a part of the “Crown Family”.

My father was a resident at Crown 10 years ago. We had never heard about a rehab facility before my dad needed one, and we had a wonderful experience at Crown. When my husband needed rehabilitation, I again chose Crown.
